We wanted to try some Hawaiian burger in Kailua-Kona area, and we found this burger place. It’s pretty nice that this place opens until pretty late. The price is not too cheap and not too expensive, but its burger is really delicious. They allows some customization of the burger with a few toppings, but in the end we just ordered the ultimate cheese burger.

This is a solid burger. Very lean and rich charcoal flavor. The bun is soft and just right. The fries are the star of the show.As the meat is lean, the flavor and texture leans toward the dry side.
